Danville, VA - Danville Police have made an arrest in connection with a weekend shooting.

25-year-old Lamonta LeShawn Adams of Danville is facing multiple charges, including malicious wounding and attempted sexual battery. Officers responded to a report of a shooting on Spencer Street late Saturday night.

Investigators say there was an argument between two groups and Adams pulled out a gun, firing at a van. They are still investigating.
