Roads Closed in Franklin Co. After Heavy Rain - WSET.com - ABC13

Franklin Co., VA - Franklin County is experienced flooding Tuesday, and several roads are affected. 

VDOT officials say the Glade Hill and Burnt Chimney areas are in bad shape.

Routes 672, 689, and 704 are affected. Parts of those roads are washed out and impassable.

Residents in the Windy Ridge Farm subdivision can't get in or out by vehicle. Two 60 inch culverts are washed out and there's a big hole in the road.
