Campbell Co., VA – At about noon, the sheriff's office says an elderly driver who was backing up trying to get in a parking spot, hit the gas instead of the brake.
The window at JL Nails and Spa was shattered. No one was hurt.
Two women who were inside the shop say the driver who caused the accident tried to get away.
"I wasn't even worried about getting hurt, I was just worried about getting his license plate number so I could call the cops, and that's it...I wasn't in shock or anything at all," said Blair Brooks, a customer.
So far, no charges have been filed against the driver.
