Danville, VA - Danville police are investigating an accident that left a biker injured Thursday.
Police say a truck hit a person on a bicycle at the intersection of Piney Forest Road and Ash Street.
They say Herbert Logan, 83, was crossing the street when the truck failed to yield right of way.
Logan was taken to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries. The driver has been charged with failure to yield.
