
Update Wednesday 1:45 p.m.:
Campbell Co., VA – Officials are investigating a crash that sent two people to the hospital Tuesday afternoon.
Police say the drivers of a car and motorcycle collided on the intersection of Timberlake Rd. and Enterprise Road at around 2 p.m when the driver of the car made a left turn in front of the motorcycle.
The driver of the motorcycle, Jacob Warrender, 20, hit the Pontiac Sedan on the passenger-side. Warrender was flown to Roanoke Memorial Hospital for treatment of life-threatening injuries. He was wearing a helmet.
The driver of the Pontiac, Deborah Campbell, 47, was treated at the scene for minor injuries. Officials say she was wearing a seatbelt.
Officials are investigating and charges are pending.

Campbell Co., VA – Traffic was backed up on Timberlake Road due to a motorcyclist accident that happened Tuesday afternoon.
Officials say a person on a motorcycle was hit by a truck. The motorcycle driver was flown to Centra Health to be treated. Another person was also taken to the hospital.
Crews arrived at the scene at around 3 p.m.
Traffic was backed from the intersection at Enterprise all the way back to CandlewoodCourt.
