Bedford Co., VA - A trial date has been set for the former school resource officer accused of taking indecent liberties with a minor.
A grand jury indicted E.W. Grubbs earlier in May on five counts of indecent liberties.
Grubbs was the school resource officer at Liberty High School. He is accused of having a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old, then running off with her.
Grubbs and the teen were found in Kentucky last November.
