Guinea Pig Found in Pittsylvania County Dumpster - WSET.com - ABC13

Pittsylvania Co., VA - Late Monday night, a guinea pig was found in his cage malnourished and dehydrated on Kentuck Road.

Humane Society officials say this is a serious crime and the person who did it could face a hefty fine, even jail time.

They are offering a $500 reward for information leading to the person who did it.
