Just two weeks after being named to the 2013 class of NASCAR's Hall of Fame, Cotton Owens has passed away at age 88. Owens drove to nine wins on NASCAR's top circuit and won 38 times as an owner of cars driven by the likes of Hall of Famers Junior Johnson and David Pearson.
