Campbell Co., VA - A group in Campbell County is working to help pet owners struggling to get by keep their pets.
Harmony Rescue has been helping local animals for the past eight years.
Their new initiative started after nearly 360 pets were given up over the past three years.
Everything from a donkey, to horses, dogs to two bunnies are up for adoption. Others have found permanent homes here, but they hope soon that number will drop drastically.
"We started up a program called Community Animal Care Services, and we've worked with in the last two years, a pet pantry, so we have some food that's been donated and we help other organizations like the different humane societies or people over seven different counties," said Cindy Schott, President of Harmony Rescue--
