Michael LoboschefskiBedford Co, VA - A Bedford County man has pleaded no contest in connection with a deadly shootout in Huddleston last year.
Michael Loboschefski was facing four felony counts for killing Audrey Bryan 25, during a shootout in front of his home.
Tuesday he pleaded no contest to involuntary manslaughter and a misdemeanor charge of reckless handling of a firearm. No contest does not mean Loboschefski is admitting guilt but is admitting there is enough evidence to convict him.
A judge will rule on the term of his sentence in August. Officials say he could face up to two years prison.
