Chatham, VA - Pittsylvania County may get most of the money back that they had to pay for comprehensive services costs.
It's a reversal of the county's board of supervisor's vote last week. The finance committee recommended a near full reimbursement of nearly $1 million.
They say it's important to make it fair, given the current budget and the good relationship between the school system and the county.
The remaining total will be paid for in the next school system budget.
A final approval vote by the board of supervisors is set for June 19.
