Danville, VA -- An accident involving a Danville Transit bus sent four people to the hospital.
Police say a city bus was stopped at Union Street Bridge Road when a car ran into the back of it.
The driver of the car, Erin Sigmon of North Carolina, has been charged with failure to maintain proper control.
None of the injuries are life threatening.
Transportation Director, Marc Adelman, says people do not need to worry about their safety on the bus because both accidents were not their fault.
