Lynchburg, VA - The parking garage for Lynchburg's Holiday Inn downtown partially collapsed Tuesday night.
A wooden plank is holding up the chunk that collapsed. The city owns the garage.
Right now, they have some areas blocked off, but it's not closed completely.
City Manager Kimball Payne says the damage may be from an overweight vehicle.
The limit on top is five tons. Payne says a witness saw some trucks driving around up there.
