Lynchburg, VA - Tuesday night in Lynchburg guests gathered at the Kirkley Hotel to celebrate all that Gleaning For The World has accomplished in its 13-year history.
Gleaning has grown so quickly, it's even kind of amazed its founder, the Reverend Ron Davidson.
"We've been recognized nationally by Forbes magazine and locally by the state, the general assembly and the Governor. It's just unbelievable what the ministry has been able to do in a short time," said Davidson.
Tuesday night's event was also a fundraiser for the most efficient charity in the U.S., according to Forbes Magazine.
