Lynchburg, VA - Two places in Central Virginia were busy collection points for the gift of life. ABC 13 and the Red Cross hosted a pair of blood drives in Lynchburg and Bedford Tuesday. Summer time is a slow one for donations.
So the Red Cross made a push. At Lynchburg's Kirkley Hotel, they collected 82 units. They got 48 more at the Bedford National Guard Armory. We would like to thank everyone who came out and donated.
