Martinsville, VA - Martinsville Police and Fire Marshal's Office charge a woman with arson in an apartment fire on June 14.

Investigators say Cheryl Lemons was charged with the crime. Fire and EMS crews were called to a fire at the Spruce Village Apartments around 11:20 a.m. on June 14. After investigating the fire, it was determined the fire was an arson. Several families were displaced because of the fire.
