Pulaski, VA – Police arrested a man they say robbed a resident at Meadowview Apartments Monday morning.
Favion Garcia, 21, was arrested and charged with robbery following a police investigation.
Police say Garcia held up a resident at gunpoint and demanded his wallet and a jacket.
Garcia is being held at the New River Valley Regional Jail.
