Halifax Co., VA - Judges are asking the Halifax County Board of Supervisors to make much needed repairs to the county courthouse.
The commonwealth issued an order to show cause signed by two judges on Monday.
The order says court facilities are insecure, out of repair or pose a health danger.
This means Halifax County Supervisors must show cause why they shouldn't make repairs to the courthouse to make it safer.
