Man Wanted for Taking Inappropriate Pictures - WSET.com - ABC13

Campbell Co., VA - Investigators in Campbell County are trying to find the man who they say was taking inappropriate pictures in a retail store.

The Sheriff's Office says several shoppers at the Old Navy off Wards Road saw a man come up behind a woman and take a picture up her skirt with his cell phone.

Surveillance video captured him at the Ross store shortly afterward. This took place on June 23.
