Don WalkerMontgomery Co., VA - A man has pleaded guilty in Montgomery County after killing his girlfriend's husband.
Don Walker pleaded guilty to the first degree murder of Mathew McPeak in Montgomery County Tuesday.
Back in 2010, the Commonwealth's attorney says 23-year-old Danielle McPeak of Christiansburg threatened to kill her husband if he got custody of their kids.
When the judge awarded him custody that November, he was stabbed to death by Walker.
A judge did drop a breaking and entering charge against Walker.
His sentencing is set for October 9th.
Danielle McPeak has already been sentenced to 40 years in prison.
