Vinton, VA – The boil water advisory in several Vinton neighborhoods has been lifted.
The Virginia Department of Health has advised that the water in the Wolf Creek, Victoria Meadows, Chestnut Mountain and Falling Creek neighborhoods is now safe to drink. The department reminds residents that ice from icemakers should be thrown away and any water filters should be changed.
