Lynchburg, Va. -We've told you about burglaries being on the rise, since the power outages.
Thursday, Lynchburg police have arrested and charged a man with two burglaries early Thursday morning on Norfolk Avenue. 38-year-old Reginald Hurtt is being held at the Lynchburg Adult Detention Center. Police say Hurtt also had an outstanding warrant for missing a previous court date.
