Grand Jury Indicts Bedford Woman After Fatal Accident - WSET.com - ABC13

Lynchburg, VA - A Lynchburg grand jury has indicted a Bedford woman on three charges in connection with a deadly crash earlier this year.

Amy Phillips will go to trial for two involuntary manslaughter charges and one count of DUI. Prosecutors had dropped the DUI at her preliminary hearing. Phillips has another hearing set for July 27.

Prosecutors say Phillips was drunk when she hit a car on Timberlake Road in April. John Hawkins and Eddie Moore, both 26, died at the scene.
