Man Arrested for Filming Women Without Their Knowledge


Lynchburg, VA – Officials have arrested a Lynchburg man after a joint investigation between the Lynchburg Police Department and the Campbell County Sheriff's Office.

Officials say Ryan R. Wogoman, 24, was using a cell phone to film underneath women's dresses without their knowledge. They say several witnesses came forward regarding these incidents.

The Lynchburg Police Department charged Wogoman with three counts of unlawful filming of another. The Campbell County Sheriff's Office charged him with two counts unlawful filming of another.

Police say Wogoman did these crimes at the Kroger on Wards Rd., the Wal-Mart on Wards Rd., Kohl's, Old Navy, Spencer's Gifts and the Hallmark Store at the River Ridge Mall.
