Campbell Co., VA - Burn regulations may be changing in Campbell County. It could be part of the semiannual update of the Code of Campbell County.
A public hearing will take place Tuesday at 7 p.m. at the Haberer building to talk about proposed updates based on mandated changes from the General Assembly and Board of Supervisors.
One proposal would change burn regulations to be at least 300 feet away from public buildings without the owner's written permission.
