First Lady Cancels Virginia Stops Due to Colorado Shooting

Charlottesville, VA - First Lady Michelle Obama will not be making her scheduled stop in Charlottesville Friday afternoon.

She was scheduled to speak at a Women's Vote 20-12 rally, but that stop has been canceled because of the shooting in Colorado.

Her other stop scheduled to be in Fredericksburg Friday has been canceled as well.

President Obama made several campaign stops in Virginia last week in Roanoke, Hampton Roads and Richmond.
