Greensboro - The ACC Football Kickoff "Kicked Off" Sunday at the Grandover Resort in Greensboro.

Sunday were the PLAYER interviews with all 12 conference members, coaches interviews are Monday.  Junior quarterback Logan Thomas of Lynchburg and junior cornerback Kyle Fuller represented Virginia Tech, with running back Perry Jones and linebacker Steve Greer answering questions for UVa.  College football's regular season is only six weeks away, the Cavaliers and Hokies both coming off bowl games from a year ago.  Tech plays host to Georgia Tech Monday, September 3rd to kick off the season in Lane Stadium.

Logan Thomas, HOKIES JJNIOR QUARTERBACK, said "It's something that we know we gotta go out there and get game one, there's no doubt about it. We're excited to have them game one, especially having them at home."

Perry Jones, UVA SENIOR TAILBACK, said "Everybody wants a starting spot, it's just a good problem to have, to have quarterbacks pushing each other to win that top spot and I think it's going to rub off on the rest of the team."
