Amherst Co., VA - Amherst County announced its Sports Hall of Fame inductees on Sunday, and one of our own made the list.
ABC 13 Sports Director Dennis Carter was announced as an inductee. He was one of 15 inductees of the Hall of Fame's first class.
Others included former athletes and coaches. The formal induction ceremony will take place in October.
