Lynchburg, VA - Lynchburg's old federal courthouse will soon have a new tenant.
Court records say Innovative Wireless Technogies bought the building on Main Street.
The deal went through in May for $960,000.
The courthouse has been empty since 2005 when the new federal courthouse opened.
Since 2009, the property has been in the hands of a Harrisonburg developer who recently decided to sell.
