Lynchburg, Va. - High school students from the Youth Of Virginia Speak Out organization got a valuable lesson Tuesday night from area law enforcement.
Lynchburg and Bedford City Police Officers and Amherst County Sheriff's Deputies held a D.U.I. check point on Lakeside Drive.
The student group is here staying at Lynchburg College all week to learn about highway safety. Officers say they wrote 25 violations for traffic, drug and D.U.I. charges.
