Pittsylvania Co., VA- An incident Saturday morning in Grenta in the 200 block of Iona Drive has neighbors on edge.
Police responded to the home around 10:23 a.m. They found that Charles L. Ooten had been stabbed. Ooten died at the scene.
Police have arrested James Thomas Santangelo II and have charged him with Second Degree Murder.
The investigation is still ongoing at this time.
