Lynchburg Intersection Closed for Midtown Connector Project - WSET.com - ABC13

Lynchburg, VA - Starting Saturday the intersection of Kemper Street, Park Avenue and Fort Avenue will be closed. These areas will remain closed for around seven months.

Detour signs are posted to help with traffic flow. The construction marks the beginning of phase one of the Midtown Connector Project.

An official ground breaking ceremony is planned for Tuesday at 10 a.m. and the public is invited.
