Roanoke, VA - A man who was part of a robbery at the Dollar Tree on Candlers Mountain Road will spend less than a month in jail.
Decarlos Cabler pleaded guilty Monday in Lynchburg Circuit Court to an amended charge of accessory after the fact. The judge sentenced him to 12 months in jail and suspended 11 months and 10 days.
Police say Cabler did not rob the store last September, but was in the car to and from the robbery.
