Raiders Win Appomattox Invitational Golf Tournament - WSET.com - ABC13

Appomattox - Appomattox County won its annual Appomattox Invitational held Thursday at Falling River Country Club.

The Raiders won by eight shots over second-place Jefferson Forest with E.C. Glass third, then Rustburg and William Campbell.  Glass' Wilson Simmons with the medalist, shooting a 1-over 68.  Appomattox freshman Chase Mayberry was next with a 69.  Josiah Singleton of William Campbell shot a 71, Griffin Hughes of JF a 72 and Richard Hubbard of Altavista fired a 73.
