Toddler in Critical Condition After Almost Drowning - WSET.com - ABC13

Pittsylvania Co., VA - A 2-year-old girl is in critical condition Tuesday after nearly drowning at a Pittsylvania County home.

EMS crews were called out to the 200 block of Marlin Road on Saturday night.

The 2-year-old had been in an aboveground pool outside the house. According to witnesses, she was out of their sight for less than five minutes.

Family and friends say they performed CPR immediately.

The girl was taken to Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital.
