Roanoke Co., VA – Officials are asking people to help them identify a woman they say cashed stolen checks.
The Roanoke Police Department says the woman in the picture cashed two stolen checks for an electric heater and power tool kit at the Northwest Hardware on Brambleton Avenue in February. The checks she wrote totaled almost $800.
Officials describe her as white with brown hair, about 5'4" and 140 lbs.
