Danville, VA - Danville police are investigating an armed robbery of a convenience store on South Boston Road.
Officers were called to the Wilco shortly after 10 p.m. Wednesday.
The clerk told them a man walked up to the counter, showed a gun and demanded money. He left the store after getting an undisclosed amount of cash.
The clerk told police the robber was a black male about 6'1". He was wearing a black baseball cap with white writing on it, black and blue with white stripes polo shirt and blue jeans.
