Amherst Co., VA – A driver is facing more than a speeding ticket after Amherst County deputies say he was going 90 mph on Route 29.
Jimmy Ramirez is charged with two counts of felony child endangerment, reckless driving, and driving with a suspended license.
The sheriff's office says he had two children in the car: a 4-year-old and 14-month-old.
He was arrested on July 30 and released on $5,000 bond.
