Lynchburg Post 16 Wins Southeast Regional Opener - WSET.com - ABC13

Sumter, SC - Dylan Caruso of Appomattox threw seven shutout innings, allowing just four hits, and Lynchburg Post 16 won its opener Thursday in the American Legion Southeast Region Tournament in Sumter, South Carolina.

Lynchburg held on to edge Shelbyville, Kentucky 3-2 to advance to a winner's bracket game Friday at 3:30.  Post 16 is riding a nine-game win streak.
