Roanoke, VA - A Roanoke gas station has agreed to pay a hefty fine for not complying with DEQ regulations. That includes a serious gasoline leak.
D&G Mart on Jamison Avenue will pay nearly $11,000 as a civil charge for the repeated non-compliance which began in 2009.
On a follow up visit in 2011, gas was found leaking from one of the underground tanks.
That requires several days of cleanup.
No environmental damage was found.
