Roanoke, VA- Police in Roanoke are looking into an incident Friday night that landed a teenager in the hospital with critical injuries.
Police responded to the 4100 block of Southern Hills Drive at around 9 p.m. They found a 17-year-old male lying in the road.
Police believe he was riding on the trunk of a moving vehicle and fell off. His friend was driving the car when it happened.
The teenager was taken to Carilion Roanoke Memorial hospital with life-threatening injuries. Police say no charges have placed at this time, but the investigation is still ongoing.
