Format Change for Martinsville's Virginia is for Racing Lovers 300

Martinsville - Martinsville Speedway President Clay Campbell Monday announced a big change for October's Virginia is for Racing Lovers 300 late model stock race.

Time trials have been eliminated, with the starting lineup now set through four 25-lap qualifying races on Sunday, followed by a 50-lap Last Chance Race. The top 8 from each qualifier and the top 10 from the Last Chance Race will make up the field of 42 for the 150-lap feature Sunday afternoon.
