Bedford Co., VA – A Bedford County man will spend a year in prison in connection with a deadly shootout in Huddleston last year.
Michael Loboschefski was facing four felony counts for killing Audrey Bryan, 25, during a shootout in front of his home.
But a judge said Tuesday that Loboschefski did not intend to kill Bryan, and there were so many different stories, it was hard to build a case against him.
Back in June, he pleaded no contest to involuntary manslaughter.
After he's released, Loboschefski must be on supervised probation for six years.
