Lynchburg, VA - The fourth defendant in a staged robbery at a Lynchburg Papa John's learned his punishment Friday.
Brandon Carey, 23, pleaded guilty to a charge of accessory to robbery. In exchange for his plea deal, another charge against him was dropped.
A judge sentenced Carey to 12 months in jail.
The robbery was at the Papa John's on Old Forest Road in December of 2010.
Police say an employee was behind the heist.
The other three people involved have already been sentenced.
