Danville, VA -- A Danville couple opened the Flight Fantastic Frizbee Muzeum earlier this month on North Main Street.
They have hundreds of frisbees on display, including ones over 50 years old, The owners have been collecting for 35 years. They have everything from pie tins used as Frisbees to collector pieces and sets of frisbee games.
They say with Danville parks hosting frisbee games, they will be able to draw in crowds.
"We know that people will come to Ballou Park to play the disc golf course and we think that this will be an attraction to draw them up here to the North Main hill," said Michael Miller, the curator.
The museum is open from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday. Admission is free.
