Smith Mountain Lake, VA - A new local microbrewery is coming to Smith Mountain Lake near the Westlake Towne Center in Franklin County.
The owner of the microbrewery Jerome Parnell already knows a thing or two about the beer business.
He owns a distribution company that sells the lake inspired beer "Dam Lager."
The building will be more than 8,000 square feet. The owner will have an official ground-breaking ceremony this Thursday at 10:30 a.m.
