Campbell Co., VA - A local builder is facing a huge setback after a Goodwill store that's under construction collapsed Sunday night.
The store is on Timberlake Road in front of the Braxton Park community. Workers with Neal and Company Builders are working on the site.
President Joe Neal says a loose brace probably caused the roof to cave-in.
They had hoped to wrap up construction by the end October. Now, they've moved their deadline to sometime in November.
Neal says all the damage adds up to at least $40,000.
