Pittsylvania Co., VA - The Pittsylvania County Sheriff's Office has made an arrest in connection with a serious shooting 10 months after it happened.
Nelson Edward Stroud Jr. was arrested for felony assault Monday.
Investigators say on October 16, 2011, Stroud shot a man at a home off Route 29 in Chatham.
