Bedford Co., VA - A former Bedford County School Resource officer is now set to plead guilty to charges involving a teenager.
E.W. Grubbs is charged with five counts of indecent liberties with a minor while in a custodial relationship.
He is accused of having a relationship with a 16-year-old girl, then running off with her in early November.
The two were found together several days later in Kentucky.
The case is set for Grubbs to plead guilty to all counts on December 21.
The Roanoke County Commonwealth's Attorney handling the case says it's the result of ongoing talks.
