
Ubel Booker-BeyUpdate 8:30 p.m.:
Appomattox Co., Va. - The Appomattox County Sheriff's Office says they have arrested the man who robbed a bank Tuesday afternoon.
Investigators say Ubel Booker-Bey, 28, of Meherrin is charged with armed robbery.
The sheriff's office says Booker-Bey robbed the Farmers Bank in Appomattox around 4:15 p.m. Tuesday.
Deputies say they followed the suspect's car to Prince Edward County near Farmville. Then they say Booker-Bey jumped out of the car and ran away.
He was later arrested around five near Hampden-Sydney College. He is currently in the Blue Ridge Regional Jail without bond.
